Dianna Ross Fundraiser is a HUGE SUCCESS!!
Wednesday night’s fundraiser at The Silks for everyone’s favorite dealer, Derby Lane’s Dianna Ross, was a huge success with 75 participants!
Some pretty awesome gift baskets & prizes were raffled off along with gift cards provided by “The Godfather” Steve Trizis to The Country Skillet Restaurant which were the “Splash the Pot” prize at each table early in the evening. Rawk Star Cafe certificates were donated by Mike “Gascard” Collins. Derby Lane donated dinner for two at their Circa 1925 Restaurant. Other raffle prizes included Headphones, a cool light up speaker, Tampa Bay Lightning tickets and many more items!
Rebuys were rampant during the early levels as add ons and rebuys were all going to support the fundraiser.
As usual the worst hand won many times…
Dianna’s “daughter” Sunny (They could totally be sisters) thanked everyone for coming to support her Mom.
Reggie even flew into town from Macau to play in the tournament!
So many people in the Tampa bay area were there to support Dianna!
With 26 players left at about 10:30pm donations reached $10,000 when a very generous poker player offered to do a match on the remaining amount needed to hit the $10K.
