The final week of the Elite Tampa Bay Poker League started with about 14 players still vying for about 4 seats that weren’t 100% locked up! It’s never been like this before! Following are the stories that made the night memorable:
At the feature table about 3 hands in Shawn O’Brien was felted by the luck of the Gascard when his trip 9s<Mike “Gascard” Collins’ Full House
Cy Frederick’s TT was best vs Karl Man
A double for Chrissy Holubeck through Gascard!
A double for Gascard through Nick Scholz!
Dave Bennett could not win vs Gascard’s good run!
Gascard’s 99>Ryan Luker’s 88
Ryan out 9th
Nick Scholz vs Chrissy Holubeck, Nick out 8th. This solidifies a Main Event seat for Team Nick/Bob Scholz!

Josh out 7th!
Chrissy Holubeck hit her 2 pair with AK but Dugg Hadden hit his set knocking her out 6th
Karl’s QQ was worth a full double through Ed VanLandingham
A double for Ed through Gascard!
Quads for Dugg Hadden and Ray Mancini out 4th!
Ed VanLandingham finished third and Team Gascard/Matt Trizis won the seat. Team Ed VanLandingham/Steve Trizis get the 10th place $1500 seat.

We now have our 9 WSOP $10k Main Event league representatives:
Thursday night 5/23 is the Losers Lounge tournament for qualified members only who did not get a seat:
Good morning all Losers Lounge eligible players.
We will have $3460 if everyone eligible shows up to play.
We’re going to allow 1 reentry tonight like a normal league night (losers lounge has always been a freeze out in the past)
Obviously this amount will vary depending on participants and reentries.
Then after reg closed we’ll announce the total we have and let the participants decide how they want to divide it up.
Usually $1500 or $1000 buy ins or a combination of the two.
