Week 16 of the 20 week season is complete and we have more movement on the season leaderboard after the top 3 who maintained their positions. No one is out of it unless they won’t meet the required 17 weeks of play.

At the feature table we found Shawn O’Brien>Matt McGinnis. Matt was studying and skipped the “Shawn O’Brien should be avoided” chapter.

Ray Mancini, a late arrival to the feature table, hit the straight and Dugg Hadden was sent to the rail!

Week 16 – down to the final two tables

A double for Cecil Riddle through Ann Gove Arey. Shawn folded the future best hand! Ann was down to one big blind.

Ann ran her stack back up a bit

But Mark Winchell called her final jam and hit quad 8s for the knockout!

Shawn O’Brien hit trip jacks to knock out Tom McDonald. Shawn apparently does not know who Tom is. (2nd on the season leaderboard).

At the outer table Jason had 5-5 vs Matt Trizis’s 3-3. All in preflop and it was Quads for Matt Trizis!

With 10 left on the final table bubble at 1500/3000 Shawn raised 8500, Mark Winchell tanked awhile and finally called with 33. They held vs Shawn’s A4.

Shawn O’Brien and Dave Bennett battled through several hands trading chips back and forth. This hand was David’s when his KJ>Shawn’s QQ.

Jason Barnett was the final table bubble.

Shawn O’Brien finished 9th 66<Dave Bennett’s KK before the final table sat down.

Ray Mancini called Matt Trizis’ 45k jam. Matt’s KQ<Ray’s AT – Matt out 8th

Steve Trizis was all in while Ray “The Terminator” Mancini tanked as Steve talked up a storm. Ray called with JT bs Steve’s AQ. Ray flopped a straight leaving Steve speechless (for a change). Steve out 7th.

A triple up for Chrissy Holubeck to stay alive!

Dave Bennett hit his set of Jacks sending Brandon Figueroa, subbing for Austin Fowler, home 6th.

The action dealer counterfeited Chrissy’s 55 and she was out 5th vs Ray Mancini.

Mark Winchell was all in, Dave Bennett & Karl Man called. Dave hit trip 5s all in and knocked Mark out 3rd and crippled Karl!

Karl Man, host of the popular “Kmart Podcast” on YouTube was out 2nd.

And Dave Bennett was #1!
